Tensioned polyurethane screen mesh, the short for steel-core polyurethane tensioned screen mesh(sometimes referred to as the woven polyurethane screen mesh)is made up of two types of rods welded together, more widely used than tensioned polyurethane screen panel. The rod running from hook to hook, like the X-line, is a steel wire core with polyurethane material covering all over. This type of rod, with the steel wire inside, plays the major role to keep the entire screen mat tensioned, working together with the hooks. The other type of rod is made up of a fine synthetic cord, with thick polyurethane covering all arround it, and runs like the Y-line, perpendicular to the above-mentioned steel core polyurethane rods. These two kinds of rods work together with all the hooks to serve well all sizes of vibrating screens and rotary screens, with no other modifications required. In the real production process, multiple kinds of meshes of different specifications, such as aperture types and sizes, can be combined rationally to work together on the same screening surface to maximize the screening efficiency and minimize the cost of production at the meantime. There are various customized polyurethane colors, such as red, blue, orange, green, yellow, black.
