As the important components of vibrating screens, polyurethane modular screen panels are made of specially formulated polyurethane which are casted and poured into specific modular panels embeded in steel frames, with high performance-price ratio, screening efficiency and high flexibility in use. Multiple kinds of panels of different aperture types and sizes can be combined rationally to work together on the same screening surface to maximize the screening efficiency and minimize the capital consumption at the meantime. There are various customized polyurethane colors, such as red, orange, green, yellow, white and black.
Material: polyurethane with steel frame embeded in.
