Specific requests of an intelligent plant
To meet the standard of INTELLIGENT PLANT, besides the traditional engineering, the following specific requests should be taken into consideration:
Visualization:
All meters should have the function of diagnosing information, and all valves should have the function of location feedback. The AMS system should be employed to collect and display the operating data of equipment. Sensors should be allocated roundly for the purpose of monitoring equipment operating status, so as to collect equipment operating data in time.
Automation:
The mode of autonomous operation and control logic should be re-designed to meet the standard of automatic start-stop, autonomous check of operation and and adjustment, so as to reduce the manual operation.
Digitization:
The maintenance of equipment, depending on manual routine inspection in the past, should be upgraded, so as to reduce even spare the manpower while maintaining.
The intelligent equipment shall be able to diagnose automatically, maintain itself predictably and adjust operation logic autonomously, so as to avoid halt, decrease production loss and prolong life span of equipment.
The intelligent equipment shall be able to call the maintenance personnel to arouse attention automatically once there is an exception.
Intelligentialize:
Process control should be optimized to guarantee the prime quality of product produced with the best efficiency and lowest cost.
Process should be controlled by artificial intelligence to guarantee the best decision for operation, reduce or spare the interaction with operator and notify operator remotely through phone call to arouse attention and get confirmation.
All the analyses of production status, operation and process, KPI, OEE and suggestions displayed on the instrument screen can be sent to cellphones as notifications.
