Tensioned rubber screen meshes are the important parts of vibrating screens, for screening and grading of dry materials, with extraordinary impact resistance and wear resistance, efficient and easy to insall and disassemble.
Description
Tensioned rubber screen meshes are made of premium grade abrasion resistant rubber compound, which are punched into specific sieves required and embeded in canvas, nylon, steel plate or steel wire as skeleton as the reinforcement for tensioning, primarily for fine to medium coarse screening in dry applications with a max feed size of 250 mm. These panels can extend from one side of  the screen to the other side, in a direction perpendicular to the feed direction. They are equipped with hooks on both sides to tension the whole panel.
