Description
Tensioned polyurethane screen panels are panels made of specially formulated polyurethane materials which are casted and poured into specific sieves required and embedded in high tensile steel frames, similar to tensioned polyurethane screen mesh but with higher strength grade. These panels can extend from one side of  the screen to the other side, in a direction perpendicular to the feed direction. They are equipped with hooks on both sides which can be metal or polyurethane to tension the whole panel. In the real production process, multiple kinds of meshes of different specifications, such as aperture types and sizes, can be combined rationally to work together on the same screening surface to maximize the screening efficiency and minimize the cost of production at the meantime. There are various customized polyurethane colors, such as red, orange, green, yellow, white and black.
